Facilities Request Form

Our facilities are dedicated to the ministries and enjoyment of our Chapel community. Groups outside the Chapel which are non-profit or ministry-related may be eligible to use the facilities when they are not already scheduled for another primary or special use. In keeping with this goal, meetings with the purpose of business, commerce, and/or profit making are not allowed.

Please complete all relevant areas of this form as fully as possible and read the PCC Facility Use Policy which is available on the PCC website: https://pccyorktown.com/event-support

All reservations will be reviewed by the appropriate staff member(s). Whether a Facility Request is approved or denied, you will be notified as soon as possible. All events are reserved on first come, first served basis and are often scheduled 6-12 months in advance.
