Communications Requests

Ministry leaders at PCC may use this form to submit a request for communications / publicity / graphic arts assistance for their ministry at PCC. Please submit your requests at least 4-6 weeks before your DUE DATE (when you want the communications items ready - not the date of the event / program).

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS to make sure we get the information we need to support your event. Rule of thumb - if you are copying & pasting the same information in more than one box, you are doing it wrong. E.g. putting the same information in both the bulletin notice area and the full event description boxes.

NOTE: requests submitted during August/September & November/December should be submitted at least 6 weeks before your due date as we experience a high volume of requests during those months. Please note that PCC closes between Christmas & New Year so due dates requested during that time will be pushed back a week due to the closing.

Please let us know if you have any suggestions on the graphics for your event. Use the file attachment area of the form below to upload any pictures or samples.

The date you want this material ready - not the date of the event. Please note that requests submitted less than at least 4 weeks before the due date will be addressed as time allows and are not promised by the due date.
