Communications Requests

Ministry leaders at PCC may use this form to submit a request for communications / publicity / graphic arts assistance for their ministry at PCC. Please submit your requests at least 4-6 weeks before your DUE DATE (when you want the communications items ready - not the date of the event / program). ***NOTE: requests submitted between Thanksgiving & Christmas should take note that PCC is closed between Christmas & New Years. Due dates requested between Dec. 24 - Jan. 6 will be pushed back into late January. Any requests submitted after Nov. 25 (4 weeks before holiday closing) are not promised to be completed before mid-January.
