Clean-Up Checklist *

As a general rule, all areas must be left in the condition you found them unless otherwise specified. Cleaning is only necessary if an above normal amount of trash or mess has been generated from your event (food waste, food on floor, craft supplies on tables or the floor, etc.) All cleaning supplies (cleaning agents, vacuums, brooms, trash can liners, etc.) are stored in the Janitor's Closet. Mops and mop buckets are in the Mop closet located by the water fountains.

Return all furniture, equipment, moveable walls to their original positions.

Turn off any AVL equipment used (Projectors, Sound Systems, etc.)

If trash cans are overflowing or have food waste, please empty and replace trash can liners as needed.

Place all trash bags in the trash cart inside the Janitor's Closet.

Remove any publicity / signage / etc. posted for your event.

If necessary, spot-clean floors or areas with large spills or food waste.

If you have used the kitchen, please wash all dishes and clean as needed to return to original condition.

Lock-Up Checklist (if you are the last person to leave the building): *

Check the trailer buildings that lights are off and exterior doors are locked.

Turn off all lights (including restrooms) except for the hallway at the rear of the café, and the main foyer / front desk area at the end of the front of the building.

Activate the security system (instructions on card above system panel).
